What the programme is designed to do

Proposed guarantee / terms before payment
Readiness or remedy. Never an admissions promise.
If the named learner completes the agreed, recorded programme conditions but does not reach the UniGenius readiness gate by the agreed review date, the buyer would choose one remedy: four additional 60-minute mentor sessions before the sitting, or a refund of 50% of the amount paid, capped at £2,500, to the original payment method.
The evidence boundary
Before any payment, written terms would name the learner, test, sitting, tier, readiness date and claim window. Eligibility would be checked from the named account and programme record:
- at least 90% of assigned platform work;
- every scheduled timed mock completed;
- each surfaced error repaired within 72 hours; and
- at least 90% of booked mentor reviews attended.
One remedy and one claim per enrolment. This does not promise an official score, percentile, interview, university offer, college place or scholarship. If the evidence path cannot verify the conditions, we will not activate this guarantee.
