- Without the UCAT
- Alternative category applicants do not need the UCAT ANZ.
- International students
- From 2027 domestic and international applicants must sit the UCAT (Otago names an exception for government-sponsored Kuwaiti or Omani students in Foundation in 2026), and from 2028 every applicant.
- Reapplying
- Sit it again in the year you reapply. An earlier year's score cannot be used.
- Which year's test
- UCAT ANZ 2026 for 2027 entry. A result cannot be carried over to a later year.
