SJT sits apart from your cognitive total. A close answer earns partial credit.

Judge the action as written

Ask what the concern is, whose role it is, and what this exact action does. Do not add a sensible follow-up the action never mentions.

Worked example Protect a student's work

A student sees that a classmate has copied another student's confidential placement reflection into a group chat. Proposed action: forward it to more classmates to find out who wrote it. How appropriate is this?

Why this works: Very inappropriate. Forwarding spreads the private material further, and it is not needed to deal with the problem.

Why the tempting route fails: Wanting to find the author does not justify sharing it more widely.
