Questions people ask
Are there UCAT past papers?
No. The UCAT Consortium does not release real papers. Its practice tests and question banks are written to be representative of the live test.
How many official UCAT practice tests are there?
Four full tests, A to D. Each comes in standard time, with 25% extra time and untimed. There are also question banks: four each for Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning, and three for Situational Judgement.
Do the official practice tests give a score?
No. The review screen shows which answers were right and explains each one, but nothing is saved and no score is given.
Can I use them on a phone?
The Consortium says they are meant for a desktop, to match the real test.
How should I start preparing for UCAT?
Start with the UCAT Consortium's free official practice: 4 full tests, in the real test player with every answer explained. Time one section first, then practise your weakest section most.
