The old levels were renamed for exams from autumn 2022. Level 2 is now Core, the route most pupils sit.

Using old Level 2 papers
Old papers are still good practice for most topics. A few topics they test, such as bearings and constructions, are no longer examined, and Additional is a single extra paper rather than a separate pair of papers.
