Choose the right IB Maths practice

IB Diploma Maths has two courses, analysis and approaches (AA) and applications and interpretation (AI), each at SL and HL. This product prepares for AA SL and HL examinations through November 2028. Choose your course and level to find suitable practice; AI and the 2029 syllabus need different resources.

Questions about this course

Is this for AA or AI?

Analysis and approaches (AA), SL and HL. AI is a different course and is not included.

Which exam sessions does it cover?

The current AA course, through November 2028, including November 2026. The course first assessed in May 2029 is separate.

Does it cover the internal assessment?

The exploration (IA) is 20% of the grade and is marked by your teacher, then moderated. This course prepares for the papers; it does not mark an IA.

How exact is the feedback?

Method and accuracy marks are decided from your typed working. Reasoning marks, and methods the marker does not recognise, are left uncertain for you to check. Short practice does not give a grade.

Is this an IB product?

Independent preparation for IB Mathematics: analysis and approaches. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
