Which medical schools use panel interviews?

8 schools in this table describe a panel or academic interview, including Oxford and Cambridge. Some schools use more than one format for different courses or applicants.

When are medicine interviews?

Most run between December and March. A few start in November and some go on to April or later. Each row gives the school's own words.

How do schools use UCAT to choose who to interview?

Some rank applicants on UCAT, some set a minimum, some add it to academic points, and some do not publish a weighting. Each row says which, from the school's page.

Where does this come from?

Only the medical schools' own pages: course, admissions, selection and interview pages. Each row shows the date its oldest fact was read; the newest read was 10 October 2026. Where a page does not say, the row says so. Schools change their pages during the cycle, so check the linked page before you rely on a date. Independent, not affiliated with any medical school.
