Questions
Is this the real Casper test?
No. These are our own practice scenarios, written in the style of the test and timed like it. Acuity Insights, which runs Casper, offers its own free practice test in your Acuity Insights account; it does not give feedback on your answers.
How long do I get for each answer?
In the typed response section you get 3.5 minutes for both questions of a scenario. In the video response section you get 1 minute to record each answer. Each scenario has an optional 30-second reflection period first.
What does the feedback look at?
The qualities the scenario touches, such as empathy, fairness or communication, and whether you explain why you would act as you say. Mia quotes your own words. She never writes a model answer and never comments on tone, spelling or grammar.
Do I need an account?
