Exam SRM is offered three times a year, in a testing window of seven days. Registration for the 2027 sittings opens the week of October 26, 2026.

How to choose a sitting

Count back from the window, and leave the last weeks for full practice exams.
Register early in the registration period to get the test center and day you want.
With three sittings a year, missing one means a wait of about four months for the next.

After the exam

You get an unofficial pass or fail by email from Prometric within an hour. SOA posts the official scores to your transcript about eight weeks after the exam: for the September 2026 sitting, the pass list is due on November 6, 2026 and transcripts on November 9.
