If you give us your email
We store the address, which page you used, the time, the wording you agreed to, your voluntary first-attempt/retaker choice (or that you chose not to say), and your browser's user-agent string. That record is what proves what you asked for. It sits in a private store on our hosting provider, Vercel. It is not public and goes to nobody else.
Diagnostic and practice answers
Your answers go to our server when you finish a paper or the timer runs out, and come back marked. They are not stored, not logged, and never attached to your email address. Everything else the practice pages remember stays in your own browser.
If you buy a set
Stripe takes the payment and holds the card details. Our server reads the buyer email from Stripe when it checks a payment. We store a one-way hash of it rather than the address itself. Access is a private record tied to your browser for 30 days; if you save the purchase to an account, we also store a row saying that account owns that set, and it has no expiry. A refund or a chargeback closes both.
Sending
No marketing email is being sent yet. When it starts, every message carries an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share your address. We review the list and delete addresses we are no longer emailing.
Getting your data removed
Ask us to stop emailing you and we delete the record, keeping only a one-way fingerprint of the address so it cannot be added again. Ask for full deletion and the fingerprint goes too. Either way, email lightcubed1@gmail.com.
UniGenius ESAT is the controller of that data and is run by Lightcube, an independent UK operation. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
