How your Part 1 score works
- 200 questions. Two papers of 100, three hours each, all best of 5.
- One mark per correct answer. Wrong answers lose nothing.
- A scaled score. Your marks are converted to a scaled score, mostly between 200 and 800, that allows for how hard the exam was.
- 450 to pass. The same scaled score passes every exam, so the correct answers needed shift slightly between exams.
