Invoice terms

Prices

• School licence: £20 a pupil for 12 months, from 20 pupils. Onboarding £250, optional.
• Trust licence: £18 a pupil for 12 months, two or more schools, from 100 pupils. Onboarding £1,000, optional.
• No VAT is added. A quote holds its price for 30 days.

The invoice

• Email your PO number and the quote number to support@unigenius.co.uk. We email back a numbered invoice.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, online from the invoice's payment page.
• Your licence runs for 12 months from the day the invoice is paid.

Starting before you pay

Pupils can start today on the free 30-day trial at unigenius.co.uk/schools/trial. When the invoice is paid, the trial's pupils, classes and work move to the licence.

Refunds and cancelling

• For 30 days after paying, refund the whole licence from your dashboard, for any reason.
• Decided not to go ahead before paying? Email support@unigenius.co.uk with the invoice number and we cancel it.

Onboarding

A 30-minute set-up call, your roster imported for you and a classroom demo for your department (school), or a set-up call with each school's lead, every roster imported for you and a classroom demo in each school (trust). We email to arrange it after you pay.
