Where the marks are

  • Troubleshooting is the biggest domain: power and heat faults, memory, drives and RAID, displays, mobile devices, printers and network symptoms.
  • Hardware and networking together are almost half the exam: memory, storage and RAID, cables, ports, addressing and Wi-Fi.
  • Virtualization and cloud is the smallest domain, and mostly vocabulary: hypervisor types and the cloud models.
