How do universities use the LNAT?
Published university information The LNAT Consortium says there is no fixed weight for the test. Participating universities receive the multiple-choice result and essay, then use them in different ways.

What should you compare?
Check who must sit the LNAT, the deadline, which sections the university reads and whether it publishes any score policy. Use historical figures only with their named cycle and cohort. The test itself does not change between them, so start from how hard the LNAT actually is and work back to what each one wants from the score.
The one score all nine receive
All nine receive the multiple-choice result, whatever weight each of them puts on the essay. 10 of the 83 questions on the practice page are free. Founder access is £25 for the other 73, each with the passage sentence your answer turned on.
