How Mia reads your answers
Each scenario is read for three of the qualities Acuity Insights says Casper looks at, and for whether you explain why. For each one Mia quotes your own sentence that shows it, or says what is missing. Two things she never does: write a model answer, or comment on your tone, spelling or grammar.
There is never one correct answer to a scenario. Any reasoned course of action can show these qualities.
