The May 2027 AP Exams: AP Precalculus, 42 multiple-choice questions (62.5%) and free response out of 24 (37.5%).

Method

  1. Your composite is each part's share of its maximum times College Board's published weight for that part, added up out of 100.
  2. Cut points are the median of College Board's eleven released AP scoring worksheets (we have no released worksheet for this subject), turned into a share of the worksheet's maximum: 70% for a 5, 57% for a 4 and 44% for a 3.
  3. Your score is the highest score whose cut point your composite reaches. The line under it is the fewest extra marks on one part that would reach the next score.
