How we work this out

What it does

Pick your AP exam, enter your practice scores and get your AP score.

The May 2027 AP Exams, 20 subjects plus Calculus AB and BC, each with College Board's published question counts and section weights.

Method

  1. Your composite is each part's share of its maximum times College Board's published weight for that part, added up out of 100.
  2. Cut points are College Board's last released scoring worksheet for that subject (eleven subjects have one; the rest use the median of the eleven), turned into a share of the worksheet's maximum.
  3. Your score is the highest score whose cut point your composite reaches. The line under it is the fewest extra marks on one part that would reach the next score.
