What is in LNAT Section A?
The LNAT Consortium publishes the format: 42 multiple-choice questions, 12 argumentative passages and 95 minutes. Each passage has three or four questions. You may review answers during Section A, but you cannot return after starting Section B.
That averages 2 minutes 15 seconds a question across one timed block, and the clock is most of what makes the LNAT hard.

Learn one reading task without a clock first. Then use the timing guide to plan around passages rather than treating every question as identical.
