What is the FINRA gift limit?

$300 per person per year under FINRA Rule 3220. The MSRB raised its Rule G-20 limit to $300 for FINRA member dealers from 1 June 2026.

How often is continuing education due?

The Regulatory Element is due every year by December 31 for registered persons.
