Who may take the SIE exam?
Not yet. FINRA changed Rule 1210 to 15 days after a failed attempt and 60 days after three failures in a row within two years, but it will announce the date the new waits start. Until then, 30 and 180 days apply.
Yes. Each attempt is enrolled and paid for separately.
