How we work this out
What it does
Enter your Verbal, Quant and Writing scores to see the percentile ETS prints for each.
Any GRE Verbal Reasoning or Quantitative Reasoning score from 130 to 170 and any Analytical Writing score from 0 to 6.
Method
- Each percentile is the percent of test takers who scored lower than you, read from ETS's table for everyone who tested from July 2022 to June 2025.
- Verbal and Quant have separate tables. ETS prints no percentile for the two added together, so the total is shown out of 340.
- The GMAT equivalent is ETS's own formula (-2080.75 + 6.38 x Verbal + 10.62 x Quant), moved to today's 205 to 805 scale with GMAC's concordance.
