What the questions ask

  • Directional terms: proximal and distal, medial and lateral, superior and inferior.
  • Paths in order: blood through the heart, air to the alveoli, food through the gut, urine from kidney to urethra.
  • Which organ or gland does a job: insulin from the pancreas, bile from the liver, vision in the occipital lobe.

How to study

Trace each path out loud until you can draw it. Most wrong options are real structures in the wrong place in the path.
