Choose in the first sentence
The task asks for a choice. Say which option you prefer and your main reason at once. An answer that sits on the fence does not fulfill the task.
Two or three specific reasons
A strong reason says who benefits and how. Add one sentence explaining why the other option is weaker: it shows you considered both.
