How we work this out
What it does
Tables, charts and percentages. A new test every time, marked when you finish.
Original questions in the style of SHL, Talogy, Kenexa and Cappfinity numerical tests: tables, charts, percentages, ratios and rates.
Method
- Each attempt draws a new test from our reviewed bank, one question per topic in turn so it covers the most ground.
- Every key was solved again, blind, by an independent solver.
- About a minute and a quarter a question.
- Employers do not publish a pass mark. They compare your score with other candidates and set their own cut-off. We use 70% as the target: at that accuracy you have the method for most question types, and the questions you miss point to one or two topics to fix.
